Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our Quality Management & Technical Support team oversees product testing, quality control, and technical solutions for aroma diffusers and handheld fans. We conduct strict inspections from incoming materials to finished products, perform reliability tests, and ensure compliance with CE, FCC, and RoHS. The team provides professional OEM/ODM technical support, including design verification, parameter optimization, and production guidance. We focus on continuous quality improvement, defect control, and deliver stable quality assurance and efficient technical services to global customers.
Quality Control Procedures
We follow a complete quality management process. IQC checks incoming materials and electronic components. IPQC monitors production processes, including injection molding, SMT, and assembly. FQC tests finished products on function, appearance, noise, spray, battery life, and safety. All products undergo aging and reliability tests. OQC conducts sampling inspection before shipment. Strict process control ensures stable quality, low defect rate, and full compliance with international safety and performance standards.
